Residence KJ architecture - garden - interior
For a family of four, we designed and built both the home and garden of Residence KJIn consideration of the client's wife having Croatian roots, a family that loves the outdoors and a client who often has to miss Belgium and his family because of his work, the outdoors, an infinite holiday feeling and connection are central to this newly built villa.

The translation of that trio of special living requests can be found, among other things, in the seamless transition between interior and exterior and the creation of spaces that celebrate the family's connection with friends. For this reason, fine family traditions, such as Christmas and, more specifically, the place of a Christmas tree in the house, were also discussed in detail during the design phase.
At Residence KJ, the residents party, cook and live to the fullest. The pool house bears witness to this way of living. It lies deep in the garden and is furnished to perfection with a dining area, bedroom and outdoor kitchen. In turn, the swimming pool with its elaborate light-coloured finish envelops outdoor living in an atmosphere of southern sophistication.
